Repeat customers - Some of E&L’s top 10 customers by sales volume have been loyal customers for over a decade. They know and trust the service from E&L. As a result, the work is not competitively bid.
Word-of-mouth - some of E&L’s business has come as a result of benchmarking logistical best practices from Quebec based companies .
Quality - E&L’s top 10 revenue clients are leading Fortune 500 companies.
Diversified - No customer contributes more than 15% of revenues. The top 10 customers span across various industries.
Loyal - Some of the top accounts have been with E&L for more than 10 years.

Adding talent - A few years after inception, having had a fast start and a growing client base, E&L adds a Vice President of Operations.
Expansion - In the early 90's, as the business began to accelerate, E&L looked to add bench strength to take the business to the next level. Concurrently, an opportunity developed to add talented staff from a bankrupt competitor.
